The correct operation method of micro tiller

1、 The operator of the micro tiller should carefully read the user manual before use, strictly follow the requirements of the manual for debugging, maintenance, and running in, and participate in the operation skills training of the agricultural machinery school. Only after obtaining the operation certificate can the micro tiller be operated.
2、 The installation method of the cutting tool: Before installation, check whether the bending of the left and right plowing blades is relative, whether the blade edge direction is the same, and then install the left and right plowing blades. When installing the plowing blade, pay attention to aligning the installation hole with the hole position on the output shaft of the micro tiller. After installation, the blades of the left and right plowing blades should be facing each other, and the blade edge of the plowing blade should be forward. The depth of rotary tillage is adjusted according to the height of the resistance rod. Carefully check whether the connecting fasteners of the machine are tightened, and make sure to tighten the bolts.
3、 Before starting the micro tiller, check if the fuel is added according to the required label in the manual. When starting the micro tiller, the gear lever should be placed in the "neutral" position, and it should be confirmed that the personnel in the front, back, left, and right are in a safe position before starting. Turn on the fuel switch, increase the throttle appropriately, lock the emergency stop lever (with the open clutch in the open position), pull the starting handle, pull the pull tab until it reaches resistance, release the pull tab, then press down on the pressure reducing valve, and quickly pull up the pull tab. If it does not ignite, continue to repeat the above actions until it ignites. The engine should idle at low speed without load for about three minutes, and only start working when it runs normally.
4、 The operating methods vary depending on the clutch of the micro tiller.
1. Operation method of conventional clutch micro tiller
Slow gear shifting: Hold the armrest and clutch handle tightly with your left hand to disengage the clutch, pull the shift lever backwards with your right hand, and slowly release the clutch handle with your left hand to engage the clutch. At the same time, gently push the throttle handle with your right thumb and increase the throttle appropriately. The micro tiller will then operate in slow gear.
Shift into fast gear: Hold the armrest and clutch handle tightly with your left hand to disengage the clutch, push the shift lever forward with your right hand, and slowly release the clutch handle with your left hand to engage the clutch. At the same time, gently push the throttle handle with your right thumb and increase the throttle appropriately. The micro tiller will then operate in fast gear.
Shift into reverse gear: Hold the clutch handle tightly with your left hand to disengage the clutch, push and pull the gear lever to neutral with your right hand, and then use your right hand to grip the right reverse handle of the armrest (before gripping the reverse handle, first open the reverse lock). At this point, do not let your right hand relax, slowly release the clutch handle with your left hand, and use your right thumb to gently push the throttle handle, increase the throttle appropriately, and the micro tiller will start working in reverse gear. When not working in reverse gear, first place the accelerator in the low-speed running position of the engine, then hold the clutch handle tightly with your left hand, and then release the reverse gear handle tightly held with your right hand to lock the reverse gear in the locked position. After confirming that the reverse gear is properly disengaged, slowly release the clutch handle.
When shifting gears during walking: the engine throttle should be reduced first, then the clutch should be disengaged, and the gear should be shifted when the machine is about to stop moving.
Steering: Hold the armrest tightly with both hands and turn it to the left or right (note: do not grip the reverse gear handle incorrectly when turning to avoid damaging the gears).
2. Operation method of open clutch micro tiller:
Slow gear shifting: Hold the left handlebar tightly with your left hand, shift the gear lever to the full gear (engaged) position with your right hand, slowly squeeze the clutch handle with your left hand to engage the clutch, and at the same time, gently push the throttle handle with your right thumb, increase the throttle appropriately, and the micro tiller will start working in slow gear.
Shift into fast gear: Hold the left handlebar tightly with your left hand, shift the gear lever to the fast gear (high gear) position with your right hand, and slowly squeeze the clutch handle with your left hand to engage the clutch. At the same time, gently push the throttle handle with your right thumb, increase the throttle appropriately, and the micro tiller will start working in fast gear.
Reverse gear shifting: Hold the left handlebar tightly with your left hand, place the gear lever in neutral with your right hand, and hold the reverse gear lever tightly with your right hand. Slowly tighten the clutch lever with your left hand, while lightly pushing the throttle lever with your right thumb. The micro tiller will then work in reverse gear, with the speed controlled by the throttle.
3. The walking and steering operations are the same as conventional clutches.
5、 When transferring in the field, it is necessary to determine whether to dismantle agricultural tools and replace tires based on the road and field conditions. When working in sloping areas, attention should be paid to machine balance. Work can be done along the slope direction, and the slope should be less than 25 degrees to prevent the micro tiller from tipping over and injuring people.
6、 During homework, in order to ensure safety, two people should be present at the work site as much as possible to help observe the plot and abnormal work situations. In emergency situations, someone should assist.
7、 When replacing agricultural tools or removing tangled grass, be sure to do so while the machine is turned off. During homework, if abnormal noises are found in the engine, traveling gearbox, or gearbox, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before starting work. During the homework process, if the distance from the back to the edge or retaining wall is less than 1 meter, it is forbidden to use a reverse gear to prevent accidents. When working near corners, ditches, caves, canals, tree roots, etc. in the fields, it is necessary to drive at low speed. After completing the homework or during the maintenance period, timely maintenance should be carried out, including changing the engine oil and gear oil, removing soil, weeds, oil stains, etc., checking the fastening bolts, adding lubricating oil, and parking in a ventilated and dry agricultural tool warehouse to prevent rusting due to exposure to sunlight or rain.
8、 It is strictly prohibited to operate the micro tiller under the influence of alcohol or fatigue. It is strictly prohibited for the elderly and minors to operate the micro tiller to prevent accidents caused by improper operation.
