The direct fired coal-fired hot blast stove consists of a coal-fired engine, a high-temperature gas purification settling chamber, and a mixing chamber. Under the action of the air blown by the blower, the coal burns violently. The dusty high-temperature flue gas generated by coal combustion enters the high-temperature gas purification settling chamber. The high-temperature gas purification and settling chamber is constructed with refractory materials. The high-temperature flue gas undergoes secondary combustion inside the purification chamber, and the small amount of dust carried in the flue gas undergoes high-temperature polymerization and settling inside the purification chamber. The clean hot air from the purification room mixed with a certain amount of cold air can provide clean hot flue gas at different temperatures, and can provide heat source for various large-scale drying systems (such as fluidized bed, flash evaporation, spray tower, rotary cylinder, drying room, airflow dryer, etc.) to dry materials.
