What preparations should be made before operating a micro tiller?

 Micro cultivators have small size, high power, low fuel consumption, and are easy and flexible to operate. They are particularly suitable for cultivation in mountainous and hilly areas, dry land, paddy fields, orchards, vegetable fields, greenhouses, rugged and narrow plots, and complex geographical conditions. Their cultivation efficiency can reach 0.8-1.2 acres per hour; And it can be used multiple times with one machine, meeting the requirements of agricultural technology in various operations such as plowing and turning soil, deep plowing and crushing soil, shallow plowing and precision farming, paddy field raking, soil cultivation and ridge making, trenching, and weeding. Equipped with corresponding machinery, micro tillage machines can also be used for water pumping, sprinkler irrigation, power generation, and machine harvesting, and have been welcomed by a large number of farmers.
Preparation in advance for the operation process
1. Check the engine oil. Place the diesel engine in a level position, remove the oil dipstick and clean the floating oil, then place the oil dipstick into the oil inlet, and then remove the oil dipstick to observe the oil level. For gasoline engines, the car oil should be at the neck of the oil inlet, and for diesel engines, the oil should be at the center of the oil dipstick. The car oil used for gasoline engines and diesel engines cannot be exchanged or mixed. If diesel engine oil is used for gasoline engines, it will cause severe carbon buildup in the ignition coil of the gasoline engine and prevent it from starting. If steam turbine generator oil is used for diesel engines, it will quickly damage the connecting rod bearings and other fitness components of the diesel engine, leading to the destruction of the diesel engine. Most customers find it difficult to properly check the oil dipstick for car oil. They often make the mistake of taking the dipstick out of the equipment and not wiping it clean. The result is that they mistakenly think there is still a lot of car oil left, and sometimes there is no car oil left, which can lead to tile burning and damage to the diesel engine. The new equipment should be filled with car oil at once. After running for 20 hours, the car oil should be drained completely, and then new car oil should be added. The purpose is to clean the residual residue and damaged metal powder inside the equipment, so that the equipment is wear-resistant and durable. The old oil should be drained when the equipment is hot. At this time, the oil and residue are mixed and the concentration value is low, making it easy to drain the residue completely.
2. Check the lubricating grease of the gearbox. Place the tiller on a level road surface, remove the oil inlet plug of the gearbox, and ensure that the oil level is at the lower edge of the inlet. If the oil level is less than the lower edge of the inlet, fill the cleaned oil. If there are no oil stains or insufficient remaining oil in the gearbox, the transmission gears and rolling bearings inside the gearbox will be damaged within a few minutes.
3. Check the gasoline and diesel in the diesel fuel tank. If there is not enough gasoline and diesel, gasoline and diesel should be replenished. Gasoline engines use gasoline above 90 octane, diesel engines use general light diesel, and when the average temperature is below 0 ℃, use -16 octane light diesel. Smoking and all sparks are prohibited when giving oil.
4. Check the water level line in the water storage tank (referring to the diesel engine of the water cooler), add cleaning water to the water storage tank until the float rises to the highest point.
5. Adjust the clutch suspension line. When not holding the handle or loosening the handle (lever type: pulling the lever backwards), the clutch will disengage and the tiller (tool) cannot move; When gripping the handle tightly (lever type: when pushing the lever forward), the tension resistance of the tension spring causes the tension wheel to shift, which tightens the triangular belt (called fusion), and the tillage machine (tool) moves while it is in operation. If the clutch is not fully disengaged or the drive belt deviates, it is necessary to adjust the clutch suspension bolt. The method is to loosen the anti loosening nut on the clutch suspension pipe and adjust the bolt with a wrench. If the clutch is still not completely disengaged, the adjusting bolt should be turned inward until the clutch can be completely disengaged. If the clutch does not blend well (the drive belt is off center), the adjustment bolt should be turned outward until the clutch can blend in (the drive belt is not off center), and then the lock nut should be tightened. If adjusting the clutch suspension bolt cannot make the clutch work normally, it is necessary to adjust the tension of the transmission belt.
6. Adjust the throttle cable. When the accelerator pedal handle on the guardrail is opened to a larger position, the accelerator pedal on the diesel engine should also be adjusted to a larger position. If the accelerator pedal handle on the guardrail is opened to a larger position but the accelerator pedal on the diesel engine cannot be opened to a larger position, the fuel valve cable needs to be adjusted. The method is to first loosen the anti loosening nut of the accelerator cable, unscrew the adjustment screw to make it comply with the regulations, and then tighten the nut again.
7. Adjustment of the tension of the V-belt. The tightness of the V-belt should be adjusted by gently gripping the upper and lower parts of the drive belt with force, and adjusting it if it is too loose or too tight. The method is to loosen the four mounting bolts of the diesel engine. If it is an engine, in addition to loosening the mounting bolts, the fixing bolts of the connecting plate between the diesel engine and the gearbox should also be loosened. The diesel engine should be moved forward or backward moderately to ensure that the tension of the V-belt meets the requirements, and the corresponding bolts should be tightened.
8. Adjustment of the height of the tractor frame for manual operation. Based on the worker's opinion that the height is suitable, it is generally advisable to place the diesel engine at a level position with the guardrail at chest height. The adjustment method is to remove the adjustment bolt of the guardrail, change the actual operating height of the guardrail, and then insert the adjustment bolt into the corresponding adjustment hole wall and tighten the nut.
9. Adjustment of plowing depth. Remove the pin of the friction resistance rod and change the distance between the left and right connecting holes of the friction resistance rod to adjust the cultivation depth. The pin is inserted into the hole on the friction resistance rod, reducing the friction resistance rod and increasing the plowing depth; The pin is inserted into the hole below, causing the frictional resistance rod to rise and the plowing depth to decrease. Some devices use bolts to adjust the height of the friction resistance rod. When adjusting, first loosen the bolt, adjust the friction resistance rod to the desired position, and then tighten the bolt.
10. Select supporting facilities and work machines, and choose suitable machines based on the soil layer conditions. Water field wheels are used for winter paddy field cultivation, while plowing knives are used for dry field cultivation (if there are many and deep weeds in the field, hoeing type machines should be used). When converting dry fields to paddy fields, plowing knives or composite knives should be used for the first pass, and water field wheels should be used for the second pass. The connection between the tillage equipment and the driving force output shaft of the tillage machine must be reliable (with a properly threaded pin and an extendable pin). When installing, pay attention to the difference between the top and bottom, and never install them in reverse.
